Owners/Tenants

NOTE: CC&R's and Rules take precedent. Please refer to them for clarification.

If you are a renter or rent your unit out, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Our small cul-de-sacs do not accommodate moving vans and curbs, fences, and light posts can be damaged.  Please use street parking to load/unload.
• Owners must submit tenant information including vehicles to the Community Manager immediately upon renting out their unit.
• Owners are responsible for their renters' actions.
• Owners are responsible for making sure their renters are provided with CC&R's and the Rules & By-Laws.
• Owners and tenants are welcomed at monthly Board meetings.
• All service requests/issues must be requested on TownSq through owners.
• Short-term rentals (<30 days) in Springbrook are subject to City of Kirkland ordinance O-4607.  For details, see www.kirklandwa.gov/Government/Departments/Finance-and-Administration/Customer-Accounts/Apply-for-a-Business-License/Short-Term-Rentals-in-Kirkland.
• Owners are encouraged to register their tenants in Town Square so that they can stay informed of current Community events.
